Questa collana ha come medaglione centrale un mosaico di marmo che raffigura un rametto fiorito. I toni sono giallo, screziato di nero, per la base; verde scuro, arancio e madre perla per i pezzetti piccoli. Partendo da questo l'ho completata con elementi metallici coperti di filo di cotone. Essi sono sono legati da piccoli gruppi di foglie di vetro e decorati con fiori stilizzati da me creati.

The central element of this necklace is a murble medallion of mosaic. It has a yellow base and the other little pieces are dark green, orange and mother of pearl. I completed it with some elements I made myself: little glass flowers, small bunch of leaves.

Questo è un tralcio di fiori e foglie in vetro legati da un nastro e da filo di ferro ricoperto di seta. Lo trovo adatto per tutte le stagioni. I suoi colori caldi e giovani ricordano sia la primavera che l'autunno. Questa collana, per le sue dimensioni, può essere portata sopra giacche, cappotti, mantelle o direttamente sulla pelle avendo un abito ben scollato.

This necklace reminds me of a spray of flowers. It's made with little glass flowers and leaves. All the pieces are tied up with a silk ribbon and wire, wrapped up in silk thread. You can wear it over an item of clothing if you want because it's rather showy. But I think it would be perfect on a deeply low-cut dress.

Un giorno, a un mercatino, ho scoperto una bancarella che vendeva un sacco di pezzi di vetro... non so come definirli... ovali, tondi ,quadrati, provenienti credo dalla Boemia. Secondo me erano bellissimi! Ne ho presi un bel po' e li ho trasformati in una serie di collane. Questa è una.

One day, on the market-place I ran across a little stall that sold a lot of oval, round, square pieces of glass. I bought a large ammount of them! They were so beautiful! I think they are from Bohemia. This is the first of a long series of necklaces...

Cosa posso raccontarvi a proposito di questa collana? Che un giorno guardando sul mio tavolo il mio sguardo è stato catturato da alcuni cocci di una tazzina e da alcuni sassolini di vetro colorato? Che ho preso in mano del filo di ferro, l'ho battuto e ho modellato delle spirali? Temo che tutto ciò sembri un pò demenziale... ma è la pura verità!

What can I tell you about this necklace? May be that one day watching some fragments of an old cup and a handful of little coloured stones it surprised me to discover they had all the same colour shade? That was my starting point! Sounds crazy? But it's the truth!

Le sinuose sfumature color pastello visibili su alcuni pezzi ovali di madreperla mi hanno ispirato questa collana. L'ho completata con un lavoro di perline che riproducesse le stesse sensazioni.

Mother of pearl delicate nuances inspired me this necklace. Its sinuous shape riminds of the waves on the sea.

E' un nodo particolare il motivo centrale di questa collana, infatti è formato da un intreccio di fili di rame e da un frammento di conchiglia legate da perline di vetro.

A fragment of shell along with interlaced copper wires are tied up to form a sort of knot. Round an oval pieces of pink glass complete it.

Quando, un paio di estati fa, sono andata in vacanza in Croazia e colpita dalla bellezza dei colori delle rocce ne ho raccolto qualche pezzetto non immaginavo proprio che sarebbero diventati gli elementi principali di questa collana. E' giocata infatti tutta sui toni rosati delle rocce, delle perle e perline di vetro, tutte legate da sottile filo di ferro marrone.

About two years ago when I went to Croatia on holiday and was attracted by the colour and beauty of the rocks and I picked up some little pieces of them I couldn't imagine they would become the main elements of this necklace. The delicate pink of the stones goes well with the pink of glass beads and seed beads. It's an original, delicate one of a kind pieces.

E' un tralcio di fiori e foglie nei colori autunnali questa collana fatta di perle e anellini di vetro, madreperla e tessuto.

Mother of pearl leaves, flowers made of glass beads and silky fabric are the main elements of this necklace that reminds me of autumn.

Vorrei raccontarvi un pò come indossare questa collana dal mio punto di vista.

La mia idea è di metterla sopra le giacche o i cappotti, non direttamente sulla pelle. Infatti è volutamente piuttosto grande e vistosa, ideale quindi per completare un capo pesante e sostituire la classica sciarpa in qualche occasione elegante. Il nastro di tessuto, poi, permette di regolarla a diverse altezze ed è quindi adatta a tutte. Magari mi faccio io una foto e una la faccio a mia figlia cosi potete vedere l'effetto che fà a tutte le età

I'd like to tell you how to put this necklace on. In my opinion it would be better not to put it straight on the skin but on the jackets or coats because it is rather large and showy. I thought of it as a substitute of scarves in special and smarty events. It's suitable for every size thanks to the fabric ribbon. Maybe I could take o shot of me and one of my daughter so you can see how the impression is at any age.

Partendo da una ammonite centrale si rincorrono sinuose curve impreziosite da foglie in vetro e da un lavoro di perline che crea petali e piccoli fiorellini.
